The service was amazing, the front desk team was responsive and did their best to help with good advice or anything else. I think that service makes the difference. The staff offered cold water and coffee in the lobby which provided a nice touch. They deliver free 2 water butles per day to my room I like the fact we had a coffee machine and an iron board. plus a 24/7 small gym. I like super-fast internet that allows me to conduct Zoom calls with my team and with customers

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The staff deserves special recognition – the lovely ladies at the reception and the fantastic breakfast duo (a lady and a gentleman), who were always kind and helpful. The hotel’s location in the heart of New York is excellent. Our request for two rooms close to each other, on a high floor with a nice view, was fulfilled – we stayed on the 21st floor. We are happy to recommend this hotel for a family stay. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Location was good for activities we wanted to do but located right behind Port Authority so busy and noisy with outside noises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel is locked after a certain hour at night and a room key is needed to get in. Appreciated the security that offered along with needing a room key to use elevators.

Monica, Jacky and Georgelina were so cheerful and helpful at reception. We requested best rooms available as we were staying 4 days. The rooms were on the highest floor possible. The rooms were incredibly clean and exceptionally well maintained by the cleaning staff. It was nice to meet them on the corridor to thank them specifically.

We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It's perfect for a short stay visit to New York. Convenient location and fabulous helpful staff - a special shout out to Nicole on the front desk, who always made us smile! We had a double room with a king-sized bed which, was very comfortable. Would stay here again.
