We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It's perfect for a short stay visit to New York. Convenient location and fabulous helpful staff - a special shout out to Nicole on the front desk, who always made us smile! We had a double room with a king-sized bed which, was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Very Central in Midtown, close to Times Square and many of the key visitor sites. In addition all Theatres are within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfrtable, coffee in the rooms and free WiFi throughout the hotel.

The property had very comfortable beds, they refill water bottles in the room every day and overall good housekeeping. No issues with crowded lifts and the staff at the front desk and at the in-house bar were extremely friendly. Proximity to the Subway & bus terminal perfect as it was right across the road.

Monica, Jacky and Georgelina were so cheerful and helpful at reception. We requested best rooms available as we were staying 4 days. The rooms were on the highest floor possible. The rooms were incredibly clean and exceptionally well maintained by the cleaning staff. It was nice to meet them on the corridor to thank them specifically.

Location was good for activities we wanted to do but located right behind Port Authority so busy and noisy with outside noises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel is locked after a certain hour at night and a room key is needed to get in. Appreciated the security that offered along with needing a room key to use elevators.

The service was amazing, the front desk team was responsive and did their best to help with good advice or anything else. I think that service makes the difference. The staff offered cold water and coffee in the lobby which provided a nice touch. They deliver free 2 water butles per day to my room I like the fact we had a coffee machine and an iron board. plus a 24/7 small gym. I like super-fast internet that allows me to conduct Zoom calls with my team and with customers

Location is very good. Staff was very helpful and very courteous. Room size is comfortable and I loved the bed.
